Solyanka from young cabbage
Ingredients
Servings 4- 1 medium young cabbage
- 1-2 medium onions
- 3 garlic cloves
- 150 g sausage any

- 3 art. l. tomato sauce or 1 tbsp. l. tomato paste
- ghee

- freshly ground black pepper

Step 1
Shred the cabbage fairly thinly, then cut it crosswise to make 2.5-3 cm long pieces.

Peel the onion and garlic. Cut the onion into thin quarters of circles, chop the garlic.

Heat the ghee in a heavy-bottomed saucepan, put the onion, fry for 5 minutes. Add cabbage and garlic, sauté 5 minutes.

Dilute tomato sauce or pasta in 1 cup water, salt and pepper. Pour into the cabbage and simmer over medium heat, stirring, until the cabbage is soft and the liquid has evaporated.
