Sandwiches with ham and fresh salad
Ingredients
- 2 slices of rye bread
- 1 sheet of iceberg lettuce
- 1 thin slice of cooked ham
- 1 thin small slice of smoked ham
- homemade mayonnaise
- tomato sauce
Cooking
Step 1
Lettuce cut into three parts: one large, two - the same, small. Cut the boiled ham into 4 pieces.
Step 2
Place two smaller portions of green lettuce, a small piece of boiled ham and a slice of smoked ham on one slice of bread, garnish with drops of mayonnaise. Should get "mushroom in the green grass."
Step 3
Place the remaining lettuce and boiled ham on another piece of bread. Garnish with tomato sauce, mayonnaise and serve.
