Baked apples with cereal for breakfast

Ingredients

  • apple - 2 pcs.
  • cereal 7 cereals - 2 pcs.
  • sugar - to taste
  • mac - 0.5 h. l.
  • tangerine - 2 pcs.
  • butter - 15 g
  • coconut flakes - to taste

Cooking

Step 1

Wash the apples, cut off about a sixth of the apple from the top and carefully remove the middle with a spoon or knife, leaving about half a centimeter. Try not to damage the peel.

Step 2

Finely chop all the removed pulp and mandarin slices.

Step 3

Mix apple pulp, tangerine, coconut flakes, poppy seeds, sugar. Add 7 cereal cereal mixture softened butter, mix everything until smooth.

Step 4

Spread the resulting filling on apple "pots" and put them in a preheated oven to 200 degrees.

Step 5

Bake for 10-20 minutes - the exact time depends on the variety of apples chosen. Enjoy your meal!
