How to cook Viburnum tincture

Step 1

Sort Kalina. Remove berries from large brushes, small brushes can be used whole. Pour the berries into a colander, rinse thoroughly, put on paper napkins, let dry.

Step 2

Fill a cleanly washed and dried bottle up to half with viburnum berries. Do not compact. Pour viburnum with vodka so that the berries are completely covered.

Step 3

You can make a more intense infusion by filling the bottle with berries not half, but completely. But remember that viburnum has a very strong medicinal smell.

Step 4

Close the bottle with a cork, leave in a warm place.

Step 5

After a day, pour the remaining vodka into a bottle of viburnum. Close tightly, insist in a dry, dark place for at least 3 weeks.
