Salad with strawberries and cheese
A very tasty and refreshing salad with fairly simple ingredients. Easy and quick to prepare, just two types of cheese and strawberries. (Balsamic vinegar can be substituted for regular vinegar by adding a pinch of sugar.)
How to cook Salad with strawberries and cheese
Step 1
Rinse the lettuce leaves, let dry, or pat dry with a paper towel. (Variety - to taste, I took "Iceberg", but this is not important). We tear the salad into pieces with our hands (you can’t cut it with a knife, as contact with metal destroys nutrients) and put it in a deep plate.
Step 2
Feta cheese is cut into 1x1 cm pieces. (You can buy ready-made sliced, even with spices.) Add to the salad plate.
Step 3
We cut the strawberries into slices, a large berry into 4 parts, a smaller one in half. We ship there.
Step 4
Sesame seeds are fried in a pan (very quickly so as not to burn). And sprinkle our salad on top.
Step 5
Cut the Parmesan into slices. (I use a potato peeler for this, then they turn out to be the same thickness and look good when served). And scatter on top of the salad.
Step 6
Before serving, salt (to taste), pour over olive oil, add balsamic vinegar (you can replace it with regular, but then it’s better to add a little sugar). And "voila" - our salad is ready. It is not only tasty, but also very bright and colorful.
