Zucchini baked in the oven with sour cream and garlic sauce
Ingredients
Servings 4- zucchini 3 pcs.
- sour cream 2-3 tbsp. l.
- garlic cloves 2-3 pcs.
- salt
- olive oil 1-2 tsp
- lemon juice 1/3 tsp.
Cooking
Step 1
Cut young zucchini into 1 cm thick slices. Drizzle lightly with olive oil.
Step 2
Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and lay out the zucchini circles, salt.
Step 3
Preheat the oven to 220 degrees and put the zucchini to bake for 20 minutes.
Step 4
As soon as they begin to brown, grease with sour cream and garlic sauce, and put back in the oven for a few minutes.
Step 5
Sauce: Squeeze garlic into sour cream, add a few drops of olive oil and lemon juice.
