Smoked halibut with new potatoes
Ingredients
Servings 1- ripe tomatoes - 80 g
- barrel salted green tomatoes - 20 g
- potatoes - 60 g
- halibut - 50 g
- rustic butter - to taste
- dill - to taste
- parsley - to taste
- salt - to taste
Cooking
Step 1
Blanch fresh tomatoes, after removing the skin. Cut the cask tomatoes into small cubes.
Step 2
Bake potatoes in the oven until tender. Smoke the halibut fillet on the grill or in the oven until tender.
Step 3
Cut the fish into thin slices, season with rustic oil. Mix with dill and parsley.
Step 4
Put tomatoes, potatoes and fish on a plate.
