Milkshake with ice cream in a blender "From childhood"

Airy, white with a slight pink tint, a milkshake with ice cream, prepared in a blender, evokes the most nostalgic memories of childhood for all those born in the USSR. A similar one was sold in many grocery stores and cost only ten kopecks. Thus, having asked a mother or grandmother for a coveted coin, one could get a glass of exquisite, as it seemed to us then, delicacy - “food of the gods”. Fortunately, today every housewife can prepare a milkshake with ice cream: its ingredients are not intricate, and there is a blender in almost every home. Five minutes - and you have a completely magical drink on your table that will saturate and refresh you.

Ingredients

  • vanilla ice cream with a mass fraction of fat 12% - 100 g
  • pasteurized milk 3.2-4.0% fat - 100 ml
  • berry syrup (can be prepared from jam) - 1 tsp.

Cooking

Step 1

Prepare ice cream for a cocktail. Take it out of the freezer 10-15 minutes before the start of the process and, after opening the package, leave it at room temperature. Prepare glasses or glasses (volume about 200-250 ml).

Step 2

Pour cold pasteurized milk into a 500 ml tall whisking glass. Add the prepared ice cream and dip the blender attachment into it.

Step 3

Beat the mixture vigorously until it is thick and frothy for 23 minutes, first at low speed, then at high speed, moving the blender attachment up and down the glass.

Step 4

Pour berry syrup into a container with an almost ready cocktail. Whisk vigorously again with the blender. The finished cocktail should have a thick consistency with small air bubbles.

Step 5

Pour the finished milkshake with ice cream into tall glasses and immediately, until the foam has settled, serve on the table, supplemented with wide plastic tubes.
