Grilled Bananas with Vanilla Ice Cream and Strawberries
Ingredients
Servings 4-6- 4-6 medium bananas
- 300–400 g strawberries
- 1 l vanilla ice cream
- small bunch of mint

Step 1
Bananas, without peeling, prick in several places with a toothpick or fork so that they do not burst during frying.
Step 2
Put on the grate and bake on weak coals (necessarily on weak ones!), constantly turning until the bananas are very soft inside. The banana peel should turn completely black. Don't let that scare you, they'll only taste better on the inside.
Step 3
Divide ice cream into glasses.
Step 4
Ready-made bananas peel, put large pieces in cups with a spoon, add coarsely chopped strawberries. Garnish with mint, serve immediately.
