Chia and flax seed pudding
Chia seeds have recently gained popularity and are considered a superfood. It is enough to eat pudding with chia seeds for breakfast, and you are full of strength and energy.
Ingredients
Servings 1- oat milk - 200 ml
- chia seeds - 4 tbsp. l.
- flax seeds - 1 tsp
- seasonal berries or fruits - 1/4 tbsp.
Cooking
Step 1
Mix oat milk with chia seeds and flax seeds. Let stand 30 minutes, stirring regularly. During this time, the seeds will swell significantly.
Step 2
Remove overnight in the refrigerator.
Step 3
In the morning the pudding will be ready. It remains only to decorate the top with seasonal berries or fruits.
