Breakfast in a jar of chia pudding, mango puree, candied oranges and pistachios
You can prepare such a luxurious breakfast in just 5 minutes - the main thing is not to forget to “soak” chia seeds in kefir in the evening.
Ingredients
Servings 1- kefir - 1/2 tbsp.
- chia seeds - 2 tbsp. l.
- mango puree - 3 tbsp. l.
- candied oranges - 1 tsp.
- chopped pistachios - 1 tsp
Cooking
Step 1
In the evening, pour chia seeds into a glass (or like mine in a jar), pour kefir, mix, refrigerate.
Step 2
In the morning, chia seeds in kefir will swell and become a thick pudding.
Step 3
Put mango puree on top of the pudding, candied fruits on it and sprinkle with pistachios. Incredibly tasty and healthy!
