You can prepare such a luxurious breakfast in just 5 minutes - the main thing is not to forget to “soak” chia seeds in kefir in the evening.
In the evening, pour chia seeds into a glass (or like mine in a jar), pour kefir, mix, refrigerate.
In the morning, chia seeds in kefir will swell and become a thick pudding.
Put mango puree on top of the pudding, candied fruits on it and sprinkle with pistachios. Incredibly tasty and healthy!
