Red currants, Strawberry, Compote

Compote of strawberries and currants

Strawberry and currant compote is a real gift, greetings from the hot summer. Of course, ideally, it is better to use freshly picked berries, summer ones, straight from the bush. Agree, they have an unsurpassed aroma and pronounced taste! Therefore, compote from them turns out to be simply magical, refreshing with a pleasant sourness, which everyone who has tried it likes. By the way, if you follow the figure, feel free to reduce the amount of sugar, especially since the long-term storage of the drink is not provided for by the recipe. Strawberry and currant compote is just worth preparing and drinking right away, enjoying and sincerely dreaming that “summer never ends”!
