How to cook Sweet pancakes
Step 1
To make the pancakes, start by whisking the eggs, sugar and salt in a bowl. Then gradually add the flour, gradually stirring until the consistency of sour cream. Add milk, butter, mix everything and leave for 15 minutes at room temperature. Grease a heated frying pan with butter and fry pancakes.
Step 2
To prepare berry sauce, cover fresh berries with sugar, add a little water, cook until tender and then strain.
Step 3
To make mango sauce, peel a fresh mango, sprinkle the flesh with sugar, add a little water, and beat in a blender until the consistency of the sauce.
Step 4
To prepare beetroot chips, cut fresh beetroot thinly into slices and thin strips, sprinkle with powdered sugar and dry until crisp.
Step 5
Put pancakes on a plate, fresh strawberries and raspberries on top. Sprinkle with pomegranate seeds. Lay out the mandarin and persimmon slices. Put a scoop of vanilla and raspberry ice cream on pancakes. Sprinkle with white raisins and powdered sugar. Decorate pancakes with beet chips.
