Bailey's yogurt

How to cook Bailey's yogurt
Step 1
Soak gelatin in water. Mix yogurt with powdered sugar. Whip cream. Mix gelatin with Baileys, warm over low heat until completely dissolved, then add to yogurt. Then slowly fold in the whipped cream, stirring gently until the mixture is smooth. Pour the mixture into molds, add strawberries, cover with cling film and place in the freezer for at least 2 hours. Serve with berry jelly and chocolate sticks.
