Most likely, then you will have to significantly increase the volume of production of this wonderful drink, which has many uses: mix a cocktail, pour over a dessert, soak a biscuit, prepare a sauce by mixing it with meat juices from a frying pan.
How to cook Strawberry liqueur
Step 1
Remove the sepals, rinse the berries under running water. Place the strawberries in a jar and fill with vodka. Close the lid and put the jar in a dark place for 10-14 days. Shake the jar several times during this time.
Step 2
Drain the resulting liquid into a dry, clean jar or bottle. Close the lid. Pour sugar into a jar of berries, close the lid and put both containers in a dark place for another 10-14 days. During this time, a fragrant pink syrup is formed in a jar of berries.
Step 3
Strain the syrup through a fine sieve or coffee filter. Throw away the berries (or eat if alcohol is not contraindicated for you). Combine both liquids, bottle. Close with stoppers and store in a dark place. The liqueur is ready to drink immediately, but will become softer and more delicate as it is stored.
