Zucchini with cashew
Ingredients
Servings 2- young zucchini 2 pcs.
- cashew 50 g
- olive oil 2 tbsp. l.
- dried organo 1 tsp.
- dried basil 1 tsp
Cooking
Step 1
Zucchini cut into rings 5-7 mm thick.
Step 2
Heat olive oil in a skillet. Lay out zucchini. Flip. Salt. Put on a plate.
Step 3
Lightly fry the cashews in the zucchini oil.
Step 4
Sprinkle zucchini with herbs and nuts.
