Yogurt soup with crab and avocado

Ingredients

  • yogurt - 200 g
  • avocado - 50 g
  • cilantro - 5 g
  • garlic - 3 g
  • fresh cucumber - 30 g
  • crab meat - 50 g

Cooking

Step 1

Grind yogurt, cilantro, garlic and avocado pulp with a blender until smooth, add salt and pepper to taste.

Step 2

Cut the cucumber into thin circles. Divide the meat into small pieces.

Step 3

Serve the soup chilled with fresh cucumber and crab meat.
