Yogurt dressings
Ingredients
- garlic - 1 clove
- olive oil - 1 tbsp.
- dill - 1 bunch
- natural yogurt - 150 g
- 100 g of cheese
- 1 bunch radish
- 1 small apple
- juice of 0.5 lemon
- natural yogurt - 300 g
- 300 g natural yoghurt
- 4 sprigs of tarragon
- 1 shallot bulb
- 2 h. l. Teddy bear
- 3-4 sprigs of fresh parsley - 2 sprigs
- salt
Cooking
Step 1
Prepare dressing from yogurt and tarragon: Wash tarragon and parsley, dry. Peel the onion. Chop greens and onion. Whisk yogurt with honey. Add herbs, onion, salt and pepper. Mix.
Step 2
Prepare the yogurt and radish dressing: Grate radish and apple. Sprinkle with lemon juice, let it brew for 5 minutes, then squeeze. Whisk yogurt. Add radish and apple. Salt, pepper to taste. Mix.
Step 3
Prepare dressing from yogurt and cheese: Wash dill, dry. Peel the garlic. Chop dill and garlic. Mix cheese, garlic with dill and butter, pour in yogurt. Beat everything into a homogeneous mass.
