Yogurt cake
Ingredients
- unsweetened yogurt - 250 g
- egg - 2 pcs.
- powdered sugar - 250 g
- sunflower oil - 90 ml
- flour - 300 g
- baking powder - 1/2 sachet
- apple - 3 pcs.
- butter for greasing the mold - 10 g
- frozen berries - 0.5 kg
- sugar - 0.5 kg
- ginger root - 1 pc.
Cooking
Step 1
Peel apples and cut into slices.
Step 2
Beat yogurt, eggs, powdered sugar and butter with a mixer.
Step 3
Add flour and baking powder, mix.
Step 4
Grease the bottom and sides of a baking dish with oil.
Step 5
Transfer the cake to a mold and bake in the oven for 30-40 minutes until cooked.
Step 6
Finely chop the ginger. For the sauce, put all the ingredients in a saucepan, bring to a boil and cool.
