Yogurt cake

Ingredients

  • unsweetened yogurt - 250 g
  • egg - 2 pcs.
  • powdered sugar - 250 g
  • sunflower oil - 90 ml
  • flour - 300 g
  • baking powder - 1/2 sachet
  • apple - 3 pcs.
  • butter for greasing the mold - 10 g
  • frozen berries - 0.5 kg
  • sugar - 0.5 kg
  • ginger root - 1 pc.

Cooking

Step 1

Peel apples and cut into slices.

Step 2

Beat yogurt, eggs, powdered sugar and butter with a mixer.

Step 3

Add flour and baking powder, mix.

Step 4

Grease the bottom and sides of a baking dish with oil.

Step 5

Transfer the cake to a mold and bake in the oven for 30-40 minutes until cooked.

Step 6

Finely chop the ginger. For the sauce, put all the ingredients in a saucepan, bring to a boil and cool.
