- 800 ml of warm milk
- 4 eggs
- 400 g sifted flour
- 3 art. l. vegetable oil
- salt, sugar to taste

Step 1
For the dough, mix all the ingredients and let rise to the cap.
Step 2
Then mix the dough and all the ingredients for the dough. Mix well so that there are no lumps. We put on the rise, as the dough rises, mix and rise again, so 3 times. The dough should be as thick as you want pancakes, if you want plump pancakes, then the dough is thick, if the pancakes are thinner, then you need to add some water to the dough. I baked pancakes not thick. Bake in a well-heated pan.
