Warm marinated beef stomach with garlic and cilantro

  • ajinomato - 1 year
  • sugar - 1 g
  • sesame oil - 3 ml
  • cilantro - 5 g
  • garlic - 3 g
  • chili pepper - 5 g
  • lemon peel - 2 g
  • soy sauce - 50 g
  • anise - 10 g
  • ginger - 10 g
  • meat broth - 30 g
  • onion - 20 g

Cooking

Step 1

Boil the beef stomach until tender and marinate in soy sauce, finely chopped ginger, onion, lemon zest, ajinomato, sugar, chili, butter and garlic for 10 minutes.

Step 2

Cut into slices. When serving, garnish with a lens and garlic.
