Vitamin salad with broccoli and cauliflower

I recommend that you try a vitamin, vegetable and very tasty salad of broccoli, cauliflower with red currants, pumpkin seeds and raisins! All this splendor under dressing with the taste of cinnamon and soy sauce! The recipe is inspired by Italian cuisine with notes of the Russian soul!

Ingredients

  • broccoli 30 g
  • cauliflower 30 g
  • cucumber 10 g
  • radish 10 yrs
  • onion 10 g
  • raisins 1 tbsp
  • pumpkin seeds 1 tsp
  • red currant 1 tsp
  • grape seed oil 1 tsp
  • soy sauce 1 tsp
  • powdered sugar with cinnamon (at the tip of a knife)

Cooking

Step 1
