Very fast khachapuri

Such quick khachapuri will help out if there is no extra time or you are not too confident in your culinary talents. Preparing this dish is really unusually easy and simple! In addition, the calorie content of quick khachapuri is lower compared to traditional ones, because thin pita bread serves as a test base here. And the filling is lighter due to the fact that suluguni is mixed with low-fat cottage cheese. But still, the main advantage of very fast khachapuri is that they are cooked in just 20 minutes. Ingredients

  • cilantro - 2 sprigs
  • Suluguni - 100 g
  • low-fat cottage cheese - 100 g
  • garlic - 1 clove
  • egg - 1 pc.
  • thin pita bread - 2 pcs.
  • butter - 20 g
  • salt, freshly ground black pepper - to taste

Cooking

Step 1

Prepare the ingredients for filling quick khachapuri. Rinse the cilantro with cold water and pat dry on a paper towel. Remove coarse stems. Chop the rest of the greens very finely.

Step 2

Suluguni for filling khachapuri grate on a coarse grater into a bowl. Add low-fat cottage cheese and mash with a fork. Peel the garlic and pass through a press into the cheese-curd mass.

Step 3

Add chopped cilantro, salt and pepper to taste. If suluguni is too salty, use only pepper. Thoroughly mix the ingredients of the khachapuri cheese-curd filling.

Step 4

Cut sheets of thin pita bread into large squares. Put a little stuffing on each and fold it into an envelope. Brush with lightly beaten egg.

Step 5

Heat the oven to 180°C. Grease a baking sheet with butter. Put prepared quick khachapuri and bake for 5-10 minutes. Serve hot on the table.
