Vegetables in sweet and sour sauce

Ingredients

  • tofu cheese - 150 g
  • green chili pepper - 50 g
  • red chili pepper - 50 g
  • leek - 20 g
  • boiled tree mushrooms - 20 g
  • black Chinese sauce - 15 g
  • granulated sugar - 15 g
  • soy sauce - 15 g
  • chili paste - 15 g
  • vegetable oil - 1 tbsp. l.

Cooking

Step 1

Black Chinese sauce, granulated sugar, soy sauce and chili paste mix and heat in a pan for 1 minute.

Step 2

Cut the tofu into cubes and fry for 2-4 minutes in a pan with the addition of 1 tbsp. l. vegetable oil.

Step 3

Diced green and red chili peppers, leeks and boiled tree mushrooms fry in vegetable oil for 2-3 minutes. Add fried tofu and sweet and sour sauce to the fried vegetables.
