Vegetable salad with sesame

Vegetable salad of bell pepper, carrot and cucumber with garlic and dill is fresh, tasty and aromatic. The dressing for this salad is made from vegetable oil, balsamic vinegar and soy sauce. The dish is finished with sesame and green onions. The salad is very tasty and healthy. The dressing and sesame add an Asian flavor to the dish. This salad is perfect for a snack or as an addition to a hot dish.

- Carrots - 100 g
- Cucumber - 60 g
- Garlic - 5 g
- Dill - 8 g
- Green onions - 15 g
- White sesame - 22 g
- Vegetable oil - 34 g
- Soy sauce - 15 g
- Dark balsamic vinegar - 15 g
- Sugar - 16 g
Cooking
Step 1

Cut the cucumber into 1-2 mm thick slices. Then cut the slices into thin strips.

Cut the bell pepper into thin strips.

Grate the carrots on a coarse grater.

Cut the green onions into thin strips diagonally.

Finely chop the garlic clove.

Finely chop the dill.

Prepare the dressing by mixing vegetable oil, soy sauce, balsamic vinegar, sugar and ground black pepper.

Toast the sesame seeds in a dry frying pan until golden brown.

In a deep salad bowl, combine cucumber, carrot, bell pepper, garlic and dill. Pour the dressing over the vegetables and mix.
