Vegetable pie with broccoli
Ingredients
- 1/2 st. cucumber pickle
- 2 tbsp. l. vegetable oil
- 0.5 tsp soda
- 1.5 st. flour
- 3-4 st. l. lean mayonnaise
- 3 art. l. soy sauce
- 3-4 potatoes
- 1/2 pack. frozen broccoli
- 1/2 pack. frozen string beans
- pitted olives
- 1 pickle
- bunch of dill
- 1-2 garlic cloves
- Sun-dried tomatoes
Cooking
Step 1
Mix cucumber pickle, vegetable oil, soda, flour and knead the dough. Set aside for 20 min.
Step 2
Boil potatoes and make mashed potatoes.
Step 3
Boil frozen vegetables for 5 minutes. Cool and finely chop.
Step 4
Make sauce: mix mayonnaise, soy sauce, pickled cucumber grated on a fine grater, garlic passed through a press.
Step 5
Roll out the dough and place on a baking sheet. Put mashed potatoes on top, then finely chopped broccoli, green beans, sun-dried tomatoes, pitted olives, sprinkle with dill. Pour in the sauce.
Step 6
Bake at 200°C for 15-20 minutes.
