Vegan chocolate sausage

A healthy version of a delicious treat from childhood - oil-free, egg-free, lactose-free and gluten-free.

Ingredients

  • dates - 150 g (already pitted)
  • prunes - 50 g (pitted)
  • bitter chocolate - 100 g
  • walnuts - 100 g
  • coconut milk - 50 ml

Cooking

Step 1

Chop the nuts (not very finely).

Step 2

Melt the chocolate.

Step 3

Cut dates, prunes randomly, grind in a blender together with coconut milk into a homogeneous mass, add nuts, mix, add melted chocolate, again until smooth.

Step 4

Wrap in parchment paper and refrigerate for 2 hours.
