Veal loin with mashed potatoes and Ali-olio sauce
Ingredients
Servings 1- Calf loin - 200g
- Potato - 150g
- Garlic - 3 cloves
- Chili pepper - 1pc
- Parsley - 10 g
- Pumpkin seeds - 30g
- Rosemary - 10g
- Olive oil - 60g
Cooking
Step 1
Wrap potatoes in foil, drizzle with olive oil and sprinkle with fresh rosemary.
Step 2
We heat up the olive oil. Add chopped garlic, parsley and a little chili.
Step 3
Mash the potatoes a little with a fork and pour generously with the sauce. Next lay out the loin, salt and pepper everything.
