Vanilla syrniki

Fragrant vanilla cottage cheese pancakes are one of the favorite breakfast dishes for many children. They like that cheesecakes have a different taste depending on how they are poured - sour cream, condensed milk, different types of jam. Kids love variety!

Ingredients

Servings 4–6
  • 770 g cottage cheese
  • 50 g flour + a little for breading
  • 100 g sugar
  • 1 egg
  • 50 g vanilla sugar
  • 20 g butter
  • 10 ml vegetable oil
  • powdered sugar for serving

Cooking

Step 1

Combine all ingredients and mix thoroughly. Form cheesecakes in the form of barrels and breaded in flour.

Step 2

Fry cheesecakes on both sides in vegetable oil. When the cheesecakes are almost ready, add a piece of butter to the pan and bring to a low temperature until cooked.

Step 3

Put the finished vanilla cheesecakes on a plate and sprinkle with powdered sugar. Serve with sour cream.
