Vanilla pudding with strawberries
Airy biscuit and custard pudding filling with berries, the most delicate summer dessert.
Ingredients
Servings 6- eggs 4 pcs.
- sugar 200 g
- flour 120 g
- starch 2 tbsp. l.
- hot water 4 tbsp. l.
- vanilla sugar 1 pc.
- baking powder 1 pc.
- strawberries 500 g
- vanilla pudding (powder) 1 pc.
Cooking
Step 1
Separate the whites from the yolks, beat with a mixer with hot water. Add sugar and vanilla sugar, beat until creamy.
Step 2
Beat the yolks, combine with the proteins, sifted flour, starch and baking powder. Pour the dough into a greased mold and place in the oven (180 degrees) for 30-35 minutes. When the cake is ready, take it out of the mold and let it cool.
Step 3
Prepare pudding according to instructions. Spread the pudding over the biscuit. Let cool. Arrange berries over pudding. Enjoy your meal!
