Vanilla cheesecakes with raisins

Ingredients

  • cottage cheese 2% - 180 g
  • eggs - 1 pc.
  • sugar - 40 g
  • salt - 1 g
  • raisins - 10 g
  • vanillin - 2 g
  • wheat flour - 60 g
  • sunflower oil - 10 g
  • Smetana 20% - 70 g
  • powdered sugar - 2 g

Cooking

Step 1

Grind cottage cheese well in a bowl, add sugar, salt, vanillin, flour and raisins.

Step 2

Mix thoroughly and add an egg to the resulting curd mass, mix again and form cheesecakes 3 pcs.

Step 3

Then fry in a pan until cooked on both sides for 4-5 minutes. with each. Put on a plate, sprinkle with powdered sugar and serve sour cream separately.
