Tzatsa with sour cream sauce

Ingredients
Servings 1- tyulka - 200 g
- starch - 2 g
- sunflower oil - 20 g
- ground black pepper - 1 g
- sour cream - 20 g
- dill - 2 g
- garlic - 5 g
- flour - 10 g
- salt - 2 g
- lemon - 35 years
Cooking
Step 1
Combine salt with starch, flour and black pepper. Roll the sprat in this mixture and deep-fry until golden brown.
Step 2
Grind garlic and dill and mix with sour cream until smooth. Add the resulting sauce to the sprat when serving.
Step 3
Separately, grill half a lemon on the grill and serve with the fish.
