Turkey Burger

Nice and sweet turkey... How we love it for healthy and dietary meat. Of course, she will not replace chicken for us, but still ... Let's not forget about her when we cook burgers.

Ingredients

Servings 1
  • 1 buckwheat bun
  • 200 g ground turkey
  • 1-2 slices mozzarella
  • 2 leaves of Romano lettuce
  • 1 large slice of tomato
  • 2-3 cucumber slices
  • half a small onion
  • onion fries
  • homemade mayonnaise
  • vegetable oil for frying
  • salt

Cooking

Step 1

Onion cut into small cubes. Fry in a skillet with hot vegetable oil until golden brown.

Step 2

Mix with minced turkey, salt. Form a cutlet ("washer"). Fry, preferably on the grill, sprinkling with vegetable oil until fully cooked, 10-15 minutes.

Step 3

Bake the bun also on the grill or in the oven so that it crunches a little.

Step 4

Lubricate the bottom of the bun with mayonnaise. Put lettuce leaves, a slice of tomato and a couple of slices of cucumber on it. Then cutlet and cheese. Garnish with French fries and carefully cover with the second half of the bread, also smeared with mayonnaise. Serve with corn on the cob, French fries and ketchup.
