Tuna fillet wrapped in ham slices

Ingredients

  • 30 g pitted black olives
  • 0.5 h. l. Teddy bear
  • For olive sauce:
  • 500 g tomatoes
  • 5 g fresh oregano
  • 5 g fresh green basil
  • piece of anchovy
  • olive oil - 1 tbsp.
  • 10 g parsley
  • 50 g green sweet pepper
  • garlic - 1 clove
  • 600 g tuna
  • 8 large slices of ham
  • 150 g shallots
  • olive oil - 3 tbsp. l.
  • For green sauce:

Step 1

Fry the tuna fillets in olive oil for 3-4 minutes. on each side, so that the fish inside remains raw. Cut the fillet into four pieces. Wrap each piece in two slices of jamon. Cut the tomato and pepper, simmer in a pan until the pepper is soft. Peel the shallots, chop and fry over low heat in plenty of oil. Using a blender, prepare by mixing all the ingredients separately, olive sauce and green sauce. Put on a dish layers of stewed tomatoes with peppers, fried shallots, a piece of tuna wrapped in jamon. Decorate with sauces.
