Tomato soup with seafood

Ingredients

  • Dorado fish 250 g
  • tiger shrimps peeled 40 g
  • kiwi mussels peeled 80 g
  • Clovis shells (vongole) fresh 40 g
  • scallop 20 g
  • squid 20 g
  • Pilati tomato sauce 80 ml
  • Shallots processed 15 g
  • processed thyme 3 g
  • parsley 3 g
  • garlic 3 g
  • dry white wine 50 ml

Cooking

Step 1

In a well-hot frying pan, fry all seafood in oil, laying them out in order: sea bream, shrimp, mussels, vongole, scallop, squid, with garlic and thyme.

Step 2

Then pour wine and boil it for 3 - 4 minutes. Then add the pilati tomato sauce and mix everything, except for the squid, which is served separately.

Step 3

To serve, garnish with herbs and squid. Serve with focaccia.
