Tomato soup with pumpkin and chard
Delicious, flavorful, rich soup!
Ingredients
Servings 2- vegetable broth 600 ml
- pumpkin 300 g
- Swiss chard 1 bunch
- sausages 2 pcs.
- tomato paste 1 tbsp. l.
- canned red beans 1 tbsp.
- salt 1 pinch
- pepper (5 peppers) 1 pinch
- Provence herbs 1 pinch
Cooking
Step 1
Bring vegetable broth to a boil. Cut the pumpkin into small cubes, add to the broth, cook for 5 minutes.
Step 2
Chop the chard, drain the liquid from the beans, cut the sausages into circles. Add the prepared products to the soup, cook for 5 minutes.
Step 3
Add tomato paste, seasonings, cook for another 5 minutes.
