Tomato soup with pumpkin and chard

Delicious, flavorful, rich soup!

Ingredients

Servings 2
  • vegetable broth 600 ml
  • pumpkin 300 g
  • Swiss chard 1 bunch
  • sausages 2 pcs.
  • tomato paste 1 tbsp. l.
  • canned red beans 1 tbsp.
  • salt 1 pinch
  • pepper (5 peppers) 1 pinch
  • Provence herbs 1 pinch

Cooking

Step 1

Bring vegetable broth to a boil. Cut the pumpkin into small cubes, add to the broth, cook for 5 minutes.

Step 2

Chop the chard, drain the liquid from the beans, cut the sausages into circles. Add the prepared products to the soup, cook for 5 minutes.

Step 3

Add tomato paste, seasonings, cook for another 5 minutes.
