Ingredients

  • salmon 30 g
  • Akami tuna 30 g
  • only 30 g
  • avocado 35 g
  • spring dough 6 pcs.
  • daikon 30 g
  • Yuzu Spice sauce 50 ml
  • red caviar 7 g
  • dill 1 g

Cooking

Step 1

First put finely chopped avocado, salmon, Akami tuna and hamachi in a glass.

Step 2

Top with dill, daikon and caviar.

Step 3

Cut spring dough and fry.

Step 4

Put the finished dough on top in a glass and season with Spicy Yuzu sauce.
