The easiest pancakes

Even a school-age child can handle the preparation of the simplest pancakes! Not to mention the young housewives who have not yet gained enough experience to knead more complex dough with yeast. In fact, the blender does all the work, and you just have to add ingredients and watch the process. True, you still have to bake the simplest pancakes: this process will not happen without human participation. Therefore, arm yourself with a pan with a good non-stick coating and tune in to the perfect result. By the way, our recipe has another nice bonus: pancake dough is poured onto it directly from the blender, so you don’t have to wash extra dishes after a meal.

Ingredients

  • 2 large eggs
  • 0.5 h. l. year
  • 1 Art. l. Sahara
  • 500 ml milk
  • 6 Art. l. torment
  • 2 tbsp. l. vegetable oil
  • vegetable oil for frying
  • honey or jam to serve

Cooking

Step 1

Prepare the dough for the simplest pancakes. Bring all foods to room temperature. Break eggs into a blender bowl, add salt and sugar, beat until smooth. Pour in the milk and whisk again until smooth.

Step 2

Pour the flour into the blender bowl and beat so that there are no lumps left. Pour in vegetable oil and beat again with a blender. Let the pancake batter rest for 20 minutes.

Step 3

Heat the pan well, grease with oil and bake thin pancakes over medium heat, pouring the batter directly from the blender. Before each next pancake, lightly coat the pan with oil. Put the finished pancakes in a bowl or pan under the lid. Serve hot with honey.
