Tartlets with spiced pears and vanilla meringue

Ingredients

  • Sand dough tartlets - 4-6 pcs.
  • Jam - 4 tsp.
  • Pears - 2 pcs.
  • Thyme - 2 sprigs
  • Egg white - 2 pcs.
  • Fine sugar - 100 g
  • Vanilla extract - 1 tsp

Cooking

Step 1

Put a spoonful of jam into the baskets. Cut the pear into cubes and stew in a saucepan, adding thyme. Arrange the pear in baskets.

Step 2

Beat egg whites with sugar and vanilla extract. Spoon into bowls. Preheat oven to 190 degrees. Put the baskets for 5-10 minutes.
