Tangerine peel tincture
It is good to drink such a bitter tincture on vodka sometimes for preventive purposes in the cold season - in order to cheer up and not get sick.
Ingredients
Servings 10- 150 g of tangerine peels
- 2 coffee beans
- 0.5 l vodka
Cooking
Step 1
Cut tangerine peels into small pieces, pour over with boiling water and place on the bottom of the bottle.
Step 2
Pour vodka into a saucepan, heat gently to 60 C and pour it into the same bottle.
Step 3
Place freshly roasted coffee beans in a bottle and seal tightly. Let it brew for 30 days, then strain.
