Tagliatelle with green vegetables

Ingredients

  • pasta tagliatelle (secco) - 250 g
  • garlic - 2 cloves
  • chili pepper - 2 pcs.
  • zucchini - 2 pcs.
  • blanched asparagus - 2 pcs.
  • green peas - 50 g
  • spinach - 100 g
  • olive oil - 10 ml
  • coconut milk - 100-120 ml
  • salt - to taste
  • pepper - to taste

Cooking

Step 1

Boil pasta until al dente.

Step 2

Heat olive oil in a frying pan and fry a few garlic cloves and 2 small chili peppers. After the vegetables are golden, add chopped zucchini (the top of the zucchini with skin), add green peas, pre-blanched asparagus to the pan. It's good to fry everything together.

Step 3

Add coconut milk to the pan and bring to a boil.

Step 4

Put the prepared vegetables in the pasta. Heat everything together in a pan. Add salt and pepper to taste. Lay fresh spinach on top.
