Tacos with mushrooms

  • corn tortillas 2 pcs.
  • oyster mushrooms 50 g
  • white mushrooms 50 g
  • Cheddar cheese 20 g
  • Gouda cheese 20 g
  • onion 40 g
  • bell pepper red, yellow green 30 g
  • salt 2 g
  • pepper 2 g

Cooking

Step 1

Cut vegetables and mushrooms into cubes and fry in a hot pan, with the addition of Tacos seasoning and Gouda cheese at the end.

Step 2

Then put all the vegetables in the "pocket" of the tortillas, grated cheddar cheese on top, season with salt, pepper and put in the oven for 3-5 minutes at a temperature of 190 degrees.

Step 3

Before serving, garnish with cilantro and drizzle with a little olive oil.
