Taboole
Ingredients
Servings 4- couscous 1/2 tbsp.
- red onion 1 pc.
- tomato 1 pc.
- bell pepper 1 pc.
- olive oil 2 tbsp. l.
- lemon juice 1 tbsp. l.
- mint, dill, parsley, green onion 1/4 bunch
- change 1\2 hrs. l.
Cooking
Step 1
Pour boiling water over couscous at a ratio of 1:2, cover and let stand ~ 10 minutes.
Step 2
Remove the skin and seeds from the tomato. Cut the vegetables into small cubes, finely chop the greens.
Step 3
Mix vegetables, herbs, couscous, season with lemon. juice and salt, mix and let it brew, season with oil. Enjoy your meal!
