Strawberry

Sweet omelette with strawberries

Ingredients

Servings 2-3
  • 200 g strawberries
  • 3 eggs plus 2 yolks
  • 100 ml cream with 30% fat
  • 3 art. l. lightly warmed strawberry jam
  • 1 tsp cornstarch
  • 2 tbsp. l. butter
  • cookies

Cooking

Step 1

Cut 100 g strawberries into slices, cut another 100 g into large cubes.

Step 2

Beat 3 whole eggs and 2 yolks with cream, add slightly warmed strawberry jam, cornstarch, beat until smooth.

Step 3

Add the strawberry cubes to the egg mixture. Melt butter in a non-stick frying pan (22-24 cm) (let it brown a little), pour in the eggs with cream and strawberries. Fry like a normal omelet. Serve with strawberry slices and cookies.
