Swedish turkey skewers with oranges
Ingredients
Servings 4-5- 1.5 kg (300-400 g per person) turkey fillet
- 1 kg oranges
- 100 g ground pine nuts
- pepper and coarse salt to taste
Cooking
Step 1
Cut the turkey fillet into small pieces (3-4 cm).
Step 2
Mix orange juice, which is better to prepare yourself, with ground pine nuts, then pour the meat with this solution and leave to marinate for 1.5 - 2 hours (quite enough).
Step 3
Salt and pepper before grilling, but not before, because the salt takes away the juice and the kebab becomes dry. Roast for 15-20 minutes.
