Sunny Shrimp and Mandarin Salad

Exotic, vitamin salad.

Ingredients

  • shrimp - 10 pcs.
  • tangerines - 5 pcs.
  • lettuce leaves (to taste)
  • onion - 1 pc.
  • lemon - 1 pc.
  • fresh cucumber - 1 pc.
  • natural yogurt
  • soy sauce

Cooking

Step 1

We clean the shrimp and fry until cooked. This is done within 5 minutes. You can use the grill.

Step 2

Finely chop onion, cucumber. Coarsely chop lettuce leaves. 3 tangerines, peeled and cut into slices

Step 3

We're preparing the sauce. In a separate bowl, mix: 3 tbsp. l. natural yogurt, squeeze the juice from 2 tangerines, add 2 tsp. soy sauce and lemon juice to taste. We mix everything.

Step 4

We combine ready-made shrimps with prepared vegetables and mandarin. Place on a plate and pour over the sauce. Bon appetit!
