Stuffed zucchini flowers in batter
Ingredients
Servings 4- zucchini flowers, pumpkins 15 pcs.
- egg 1 pc.
- milk 5 tbsp.
- hard cheese 50 g
- feta cheese 100 g
- vegetable oil for frying 4 tbsp.
- flour 1 tbsp.
Cooking
Step 1
Soak the flowers for 1 hour in cold water, then dry them in a colander.
Step 2
Cut the feta cheese into small pieces and stuff the flowers with them.
Step 3
Add the beaten egg, milk to the flour and mix. Dip each flower in the prepared batter and fry on both sides. Sprinkle with grated cheese and fry for 1 more minute. We immediately serve to the table.
