Stuffed eggplant

Ingredients

  • eggplant 3 pcs.
  • minced meat 500 g
  • onion 1 pc.
  • tomato 1 pc.
  • black pepper, herbs, salt

Cooking

Step 1

Cut eggplant in half, salt, leave for 20 minutes.

Step 2

Then rinse off the salt.

Step 3

Cut the eggplant in half, scoop out the center with a spoon.

Step 4

Add chopped eggplant pulp, onion and tomato, black pepper, salt, herbs to minced meat.

Step 5

Stuff the eggplant with the mixture.

Step 6
