Stuffed dried apricots in bacon
Great appetizer for the holiday table. I read the recipe in the New Year's issue of Gastronom magazine.
Ingredients
Servings 8- 8 pcs.
- salted pistachios 16 pcs.
- cooked smoked bacon 4 strips
Cooking
Step 1
Rinse dried apricots, if dry, then pour boiling water for 5 minutes. Make a longitudinal incision.
Step 2
Peel pistachios. Put a couple of pistachios in each dried apricots.
Step 3
Cut strips of bacon in half lengthwise and wrap each stuffed dried apricots. Bake in a hot oven until browned. Serve the appetizer hot.
